BonAire! A Celebration of Ogunquit!

This event celebrates Ogunquit’s unique history and today’s culture, with a focus on the contributions of the arts, fishing and LGBTQ+ community. The main event is an oceanside music & food festival, featuring free live music, family entertainment and food. Other activities throughout the weekend include an artisan craft fair, painting demonstrations, and events hosted by member businesses.

Friday, June 7th

At Perkins Cove: Chowder in the Cove!

5:30-6:30 pm - Stroll down Shore Road, from Bourne Lane to Perkins Cove, and enjoy complimentary chowder tasting at local restaurants.

5:30-7:30 pm - Music in Perkins Cove Rotary Park, featuring the extraordinary Maddi Ryan.

Saturday, June 8th

At Main Beach: There's live music Saturday on the Main Beach stage featuring the "Stages of Ogunquit" from 11am-3:45pm. Headliner Jimmy Ryan's Wooden Leg performs from 4:30-6pm. Food trucks will be parked along the beach parking lot and there'll be plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy the music.

At Dorothea Jacobs Grant Common, Dunaway Center, and Ogunquit Village School Playground: Featured attraction will be our artisan craft fair spread across three locations around town! Come and shop some of these fun crafts on Saturday from 9am - 4pm. Children's activities will be happening at the playground from 10am - 12pm.

At Perkins Cove: Plein Air at Bon Aire celebrates the history and legacy of the Ogunquit Art Colony.

10am-4pm Seek and find over 30 Plein Air artists on the Marginal Way and in Perkins Cove, painting, displaying and selling their work.
12-3pm- Enjoy live jazz music by Initials JR Band in Perkins Cove Rotary Park.

Sunday, June 9th

At Dorothea Jacobs Grant Common, Dunaway Center, and Ogunquit Village School Playground: Stop by for day two of our artisan craft fair, showcasing vendors from 9am - 1pm.

At Perkins Cove:

11 am - 1 pm - Sunday Funday for children, balloon sea creatures and face painting in Perkins Cove Rotary Park
12:15 pm Blessing of the Fleet, Perkins Cove Bridge - Local Pastor Brian Shore will bestow a blessing for a safe season, fair winds and an abundant catch for all the vessels in Perkins Cove.
