    Ogunquit's Fireworks Show

    There's no better place to celebrate the Fourth of July than Ogunquit. Spend the day enjoying our beautiful beach, local shops, and magnificent dining scene before gathering with family and friends for a dazzling fireworks display over Ogunquit Beach. See for yourself why this is one of Maine's most beloved Independence Day celebrations.

    Great views from the entire beach, from Main Beach all the way up to Footbridge Beach, North Beach and beyond!

    Fireworks begin at 9:15pm and Main Beach parking lot will be closing at 2:00pm to allow for the safe set-up of pyrotechnics. Get there early to grab a great spot and enjoy the festive atmosphere!

    Did you know that the Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce is also the proud organizer of the annual fireworks display? While the event is a beloved tradition that is enjoyed by many, it is important to clarify that the cost of the fireworks display is solely managed through fundraising efforts by the Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure a spectacular and safe event for the community, and we appreciate sponsorship support from many of our member businesses and local residents.     To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, please take note of the following important information regarding parking, road closures, and exclusion zones for pedestrians and boats during Ogunquit’s 4th of July fireworks celebration.
